Snack Size seeks a social media and marketing specialist who’s passionate about fashion, obsessed with content creation, and excited to take projects to the next level. If you live and breathe Instagram Reels and TikTok trends, and you love telling stories through visuals and copy—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

Content Creation: Concept, shoot, and edit on-brand photo and video content for social (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.), using CapCut, Canva, and other creative tools.

• Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and publish engaging posts across all platforms, maintaining a consistent voice and aesthetic.

• Community Engagement: Monitor DMs, comments, tags, and mentions to foster meaningful relationships with our community.

• Analytics & Reporting: Track performance of content and campaigns, pulling insights and making strategic recommendations.

• Campaign Support: Collaborate with the team on seasonal campaigns, influencer outreach, and product launches.

• Special Projects: Participate in brand events, photoshoots, collabs, and anything else that pops up—we love creative minds who can pivot quickly.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts, ideally for fashion or lifestyle brands

• Proficiency in CapCut (Reels/TikTok editing is a must), Canva, and a solid grasp of the latest trends across platforms

• A strong eye for aesthetics, detail, and brand voice

• Experience creating short-form video content—from ideation to editing

• Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals and content strategy

• Ability to work independently, juggle multiple projects, and meet deadlines

• Bonus points if you have experience with email marketing platforms (like Klaviyo), Shopify, or light graphic design

• Ablity to multitask and manage multiple time-sensitive projects at once

Snack Size is seeking a marketing manager. This position is NOT remote. The applicant must be local to Vancouver, BC. We are looking for an organized self-starter who can blend creativity and analytical thinking and meet deadlines.

What You’ll Do:

• Working closely with the CMO to develop and execute multiple marketing strategies 

• Executing marketing campaigns and projects

• Work directly with the graphic designer to manage assets and complete projects

• Copywriting for marketing materials and assets pertaining to the following channels:

• Website

• Email

• Social

• Paid

• In-Store

• Email Marketing Management

• Researching and managing a content calendar

• Concepting and brainstorming new content ideas

• Copywriting and developing emails

• Pulling analytics and optimizing on results
